For your protection, we can only change your User Name if you know three pieces of information:

1- The e-mail address you registered with when you signed up.
2- The current password on the account.
3- And the current User Name on the account.

If you know this information, Please fill in the form below and hit update. Once you hit update, our servers will automatically update your account information to reflect your change.

If you do not know this information, you can send an e-mail with all of your contact information to: techsupport@internetclassrooms.comand after we've confirmed your identity, we can manually change your user name.
